Booking and Payments
- Rates and Taxes: All rates offered are net and exclude GST. Shirdi Tour Package – A Division of Fundayoption Hospitality is 100% GST-compliant. Cash deposits are not accepted without prior approval.
- Confirmation and Payment Schedule:
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- 30% advance of the total package cost is required for confirmation.
- 50% of the package amount is due 30 days before travel.
- Final 20% must be cleared 10 days prior to travel.
- Guest names and flight tickets must be provided at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations are subject to individual hotel and service provider policies.
- A flat service charge of 10% of the package cost applies to all cancellations.
- Refunds depend on cancellation date and provider policy.
- Any date changes may affect package pricing.
Changes and Additional Charges
- Tour programs may be revised due to bad weather or changes in flight/ferry schedules, which may incur extra charges.
- Vehicles provided are for specified usage and may change by day or route; no full-day disposal.
- All extras not mentioned in the package must be settled directly with the hotel/service provider.
Hotel Policies
- Standard check-in at most Himachal hotels is 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
- Standalone hotel or transport-only services are not available. We offer complete tour packages.
Service Adjustments and Customizations
- Kindly provide your preferred hotels, meal plans, budget range, and any add-ons during your initial inquiry.
- More than 3 changes in booking details will attract a service fee of ₹1000/change. This may be adjusted in final confirmation.
Note: All rates are indicative and applicable only for pre-booking. Availability of hotels and ferry tickets will be reconfirmed at the time of actual booking.
